The Role: 

As the focal point of our internal support team, the successful Assistant Property Manager is enthusiastic, likable, and able to manage their tasks and time efficiently.

This dynamic role requires an individual who is proactive and driven with a sense of urgency. Successful Assistant Property Managers possess attention to detail with strong time management skills, a detailed approach to organization, and diligent completion of tasks and processes.  Responsibilities include scheduling and troubleshooting work orders with internal team members, vendors and tenants. Communicating inspections to tenants and managing time between in and out of office responsibilities. Additional activities in the role would include, but not be limited to, ensuring all documentation, notes and correspondence is accurately entered into internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience

• 2+ years professional communication experience

• Active & Current Drivers License

• Property Management experience preferred, but optional

• Real Estate license preferred, but optional

Compensation

• $40,000 Base Salary
