The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned property under the direction of the Property Manager. Works closely with the Property Manager in preparation for movement into a Property Manager position. Performs the day-to-day tasks associated with the operation of the property at the direction of the Property Manager and assumes responsibility for the operation in the absence of the Property Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The Assistant Property Manager must have a High School diploma, GED, or employment history related to property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the word of a team.?Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, good computer skills with a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs. Bilingual written and oral skills are preferred. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record as determined by the insurance carrier for the Diocese of Orlando.
