Monarch is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at our GORGEOUS 364 unit Waterford Pines Apartments in Waterford Township, Michigan. We start at $21.00 an hour plus excellent commission potential up to $100/renewal and up to $100/rental!

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
Yardi experience is preferred
Ability to pass a soft credit review

Compensation and Benefits Available:

$21.00 an hour
Incredible Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental
