Assistant Regional Manager

Village Behavioral Health began providing mental health services to adults, children and families in 2014.  Since our start we have grown to expand upon the services we provide to the community including supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and substance abuse.  We are currently looking for an Assistant Regional Director ID/DD. We are looking for highly motivated staff members to be a part of our team in the ID/DD division of services. Candidate must currently have five years of management experience.  We currently have homes in North Chesterfield, Chesterfield, and Highland Springs and we are looking to grow. Some of the duties expected include but are not limited to: Assist with intake for individuals coming into our Supportive In-Home Program, assist with developing outcomes from individual's ISP and into WAMS, assist submitting authorizations in WAMS, assist with staff training, review staff’s support notes, assist with reviewing files for QA, and  knowledge of CHRIS and WAMS. This candidate will also be on call once or twice a month.
