ABOUT THE CONCEPT

Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale is the second-ever location from acclaimed hospitality visionary Lisa Vanderpump, set to debut Winter 2025 at Caesars Republic Scottsdale. The immersive, design-forward rooftop concept blends desert-inspired interiors, moody lighting, and bespoke furnishings by Vanderpump Alain, all with sweeping views of Camelback Mountain. Expect bold cocktails, globally influenced dishes, and a theatrical atmosphere that celebrates the spirit of the wolf - bold, playful, loyal, and unforgettable. This is a destination where every detail ignites the senses - from dramatic, Instagram-worthy cocktail presentations to seasonal, share-able bites elevated by regional ingredients.


ROLE OVERVIEW

As the opening Assistant General Manager, you’ll build something extraordinary from the ground up. You’ll lead with purpose, create high-performance teams, and ensure every guest leaves with a story worth telling.

  • Hire, train, and lead a passionate, detail-obsessed front-of-house team for opening and beyond
  • Create an elevated guest experience with a sense of theatricality and ease - from bold service moments to seamless execution
  • Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to keep operations flowing and the brand experience strong
  • Set high standards for excellence, consistency, and hospitality - and hold the team accountable to them
  • Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships with confidence
  • Make service personal - be visible, engaged, and proactive with guests and your team
  • Lead with a calm, confident presence in a fast-paced, high-energy rooftop environment
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Progressive hospitality leadership experience, with upscale dining or nightlife experience
  • Strong track record in environments known for immersive design, theatrical drink programs, or high-level hospitality execution.
  • Creative collaborator, comfortable working with design-forward concepts and craft beverage programs.
  • Financial savvy and operational leadership: budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - you bring people together and raise the bar
  • Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and clear with expectations
  • A genuine love for hospitality and building something special
