What You'll Do:

• Support      the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including lunch and      dinner service
• Lead      and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive, and      consistent service
• Play a      hands-on role in staff training, coaching, and performance development
• Ensure      smooth coordination with the kitchen and bar to provide seamless guest      experiences
• Manage      dining room flow, address guest concerns, and step in where needed
• Assist      with team scheduling and help monitor labor costs
• Maintain      cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and health standards
• Contribute      to ordering, inventory, and other operational needs
• Help      cultivate a positive and professional workplace culture

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2      years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment      preferred
• A      strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Someone      who thrives in a fast-paced setting and stays cool under pressure
• Availability      for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical      ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• A      genuine passion for guest service and teamwork
