Perched atop the Niagara Escarpment, with stunning views of the Bay of Green Bay from every seat, the Carrington is a local favorite known for its award-winning food, relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding service. What You'll Do:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including lunch and dinner service
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive, and consistent service
Play a hands-on role in staff training, coaching, and performance development
Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and bar to provide seamless guest experiences
Manage dining room flow, address guest concerns, and step in where needed
Assist with team scheduling and help monitor labor costs
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and health standards
Contribute to ordering, inventory, and other operational needs
Help cultivate a positive and professional workplace culture

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and stays cool under pressure
Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
A genuine passion for guest service and teamwork
