The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting restaurant operations, developing team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position partners with the General Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive sales, maintain operational standards, and foster a culture of accountability and hospitality.
What You'll Do:
Lead Daily Operations
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Help ensure smooth execution of both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and operational consistency.
- Assist in driving restaurant performance through strong leadership and execution.
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Create memorable guest experiences through active floor leadership and guest engagement.
- Perform table touches and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality and Over-the-Top Service.
- Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of the Tacos & Tequila Cantina brand.
Develop & Coach the Team
- Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing restaurant team members.
