Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are look for Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead our Dunkin' team!

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $18/hr with cash tips included. (averages $2/hr)
• Schedule is 4 week days plus Sunday. EVENING shifts. 12pm-8pm with some flexibility
• Free Food & Drink while on shift

Requirements:

• 18 or older and graduated of High School
• six months of food or any fast food/restaurant management or leadership experience
• fluent in english (spanish is a plus)

Responsibilities:

Daily objective is to assist the restaurant manager in ensuring that the daily shift runs smoothly. Leading and Driving the efforts to develop a team of dedicated employees who provide a friendly guest experience. Some days it is working side by side with the crew as a part of the team and other days it is delegating, computer tasks, and operational tasks.

Team Environment:

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees
• Communicate job expectations to employees
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
• Support the development of team members 

Operational Excellence:

• Drive Daily shift efficiency by working side by side with the crew as well as leading
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
