Requirements:

• 5 years restaurant management experience
• TOAST POS Interface or similar
• RESY OS Table management system or similar
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Illustrator or similar
• ServSafe Certification or similar
• RAMP Certification
• Hospitality/Culinary Management Degree or similar

Responsibilities:

• Human Resource

Interviewing, onboarding, training oversight, employee encouragement &record keeping, policy/procedure implementation & enforcement, employment termination, job role descriptions & editing

• Operations Management

Opening/closing functions, station/section assignments, scheduling, menu updates/printing, inventory management, Alcohol Program maintenance, incident reporting

• Customer Relations

Direct Guest Interaction, social media, email, telephone calls, voice messages
