Job Summary
We are a family owned & operated business seeking a professional and responsible Assistant Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our retail sales team and assisting the Store Manager. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal & external customers alike
- Effectively lead a staff of young adults while promoting teamwork & fostering a positive work environment
- Manage time well while demonstrating a sense of urgency & a "Get-it-Done" approach
- Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, coaching, & motivating employees; Lead by example
- Demonstrate strong & clear communication
- Assist in inventory management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, orderly, & stocked store
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of retail management experience with a proven history of driving sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong team building & leadership skills
- Strong merchandising, organizational, & time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
