Job Description - Assistant Sales Liaison

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an ambitious, people-savvy Assistant Sales Liaison to support our growth in the Westchester/Northern Westchester areas for our White Plains office.

The Assistant Sales Liaison will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services, establishing relationships with referral sources, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

Essential Job Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and community organizations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular visits and presentations to referral sources to promote agency services and secure new business partnerships.
Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Educate potential clients and referral sources about the benefits and value of our home care services.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
