About the Role:

As our Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure performance targets are met. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, improving processes, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

Assist in leading and managing the sales team

Support training and onboarding of new sales staff

Track performance metrics and help achieve sales goals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations

Contribute ideas to improve strategy, service, and efficiency

Step in for the Sales Manager when needed

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in sales management or sales support

Strong leadership and communication skills

Results-driven with a positive attitude

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

Experience in remodeling is a plus
