All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a motivated and driven Assistant Sales Manager to support and help lead our high-performing in-home sales team. This role is ideal for a top-producing sales professional ready to step into leadership while continuing to close deals and develop others within a proven system.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in leading, training, and motivating the in-home sales team

Help conduct sales meetings, ride-alongs, and ongoing coaching sessions

Lead by example by personally closing high-value deals

Assist with monitoring KPIs, CRM activity, and appointment performance

Reinforce accountability and performance standards within the team

Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new sales representatives

Help maintain a competitive, high-energy sales culture focused on results

Step in to assist with team leadership and operations as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of high-ticket or in-home sales experience

Previous leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience preferred

Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals

Strong communication and coaching abilities

Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to grow

Reliable transportation and flexibility for evening and weekend appointments when needed
