Assistant Salon Manager

• Ensures the center delivers an exceptional and memorable guest experience with every guest who enters the door.
• Proven track record of training associates to establish trust and build guest confidence by becoming experts in package sales and products.
• Creates a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
• Communicates sales goals and priorities to a team to maximize Guest Sales Associate performance and increase daily sales opportunities and profitability.
• Maintains presence through effective floor sales leadership. 
• Assisting with scheduling to ensure staff coverage in all areas of the center.
• Analyze sales reports and provide insight to leverage talent accordingly.  
• Assist with recruiting to present quality candidates who reflect the EWC brand and will deliver the desired results.
• Communicates the company’s vision and core values to promote teamwork and partner in building a team focused on driving individual and team sales and goals to meet center goals.
• Motivates Guest Sales Associates to take action to achieve sales goals and drive positive results daily.

Requirements

• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
• Ability to work flexible days, nights, and weekends
• 2+ years sales experience
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• A professional appearance always
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive results through a team 
• Proven track record of driving results to meet and exceed sales goals
• Desire to build  genuine relationships with guests
• Passion to support and represent the EWC values
