- Elevate the guest experience by remembering preferences and delivering VIP vibes
- Coach and mentor front desk staff with a positive attitude and polished professionalism
- Immediately follow up on all leads via phone
- Align with salon leadership to roll out promos, events, and exclusive member experiences
- Keep the glam flowingâcurate our front desk aesthetic, from candles to playlists

Requirements to Slay
- 2+ years leading front desk in luxury beauty or wellness (think sparkle, not stress)
- Membership or retail sales wizard with proven numbers to back it up
- Excellent verbal charisma and multitasking grace under pressure
- Experience with salon software like MindBody preferred
- Aesthetic-driven mindsetâyou care how things look, feel, and function
