Nurture a child’s first five years by:

Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children

Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety

Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire

Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence

Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field.

2-3 years of experience in childcare center as an assistant director

Infant and preschool childcare units

Site supervisor permit preferred

Exceptional Computer Skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Gmail, Google Cloud, Calendly, Zoom, Google Video.

Ability to learn quickly

excellent communication skills
