YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY
As our Assistant Director, you’ll support the Director in keeping everything running smoothly—from curriculum implementation to safety checks, team leadership to parent communication. No two days are ever the same—and that’s what makes it exciting!

YOUR SUPERPOWERS INCLUDE:

• A heart for kids and a head for leadership


• Organizational wizardry (spreadsheets? No problem!)


• Clear and kind communication with staff and families


• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:

• 18+ years old


• CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor’s/Associate’s)


• Active DCF 45 Hours


• CPR & First Aid Certified


• 2–3 years of experience in licensed childcare (Assistant Director experience preferred)


• Able to pass a Level II Background Check
