Assistant Service Advisor

DeVoe Buick GMC is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

Position Overview

The Assistant Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting the Service Advisors and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a team that works together to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with daily service lane operations


• Greet customers and help guide them through the service process


• Help maintain accurate repair orders


• Communicate with technicians and advisors to ensure efficient workflow


• Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle status when needed


• Assist with vehicle check-ins and ensure customer information is accurate


• Support the service team in maintaining a clean, organized service drive


• Help ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process


• Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience that reflects The DeVoe Way

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude and strong team mentality


• Computer and phone communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with advisors, technicians, and management


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
