Assistant Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a candidate with a bright and positive demeanor to join our busy service department. This is a great entry-level position with lots of room to grow within the department and dealership. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to greet customers with a smile, assist service advisors, and support management as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will exemplify our core values of Positivity, Integrity, Accountability, Service, Professionalism, and Growth. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, excellent customer service skills are a must.

Applicants should also be comfortable with tasks such as moving vehicles, standing and walking for extended periods, and maintaining a clean driving record for the last ten years.

  Moving vehicles safely and efficiently

  Assisting advisors with checking customers in and out

  Supporting service advisors and management with various tasks as needed

  Performing other duties as directed by advisors and management

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean 10-year driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Successful completion of a background check

  Strong customer service skills

  Professional appearance and personal hygiene

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
