Walterboro Ford is a growing, family-owned dealership serving the Lowcountry for over 100 years. We’re looking for an Experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily service operations, support advisors and technicians, and deliver a consistent, professional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Support day-to-day service department operations

  
  


• 
  

  Coach and support Service Advisors on process, sales, and CSI

  
  


• 
  

  Help manage repair order flow, scheduling, and shop productivity

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with customer escalations and issue resolution

  
  


• 
  

  Enforce pricing, policies, and process discipline

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor key KPIs (ELR, hours per RO, CSI, productivity)

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Parts and Sales to keep operations running smoothly

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years dealership service experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Prior Assistant Service Manager or Senior Advisor experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of service workflows and RO management

  
  


• 
  

  Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, calm under pressure, and process-driven

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license
