What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop – Coach, train, and inspire employees to perform at their best.
• Support Daily Operations – Assist in managing day-to-day site activities, decision-making, and workflow.
• Recruit & Train – Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching to build a strong team.
• Customer Engagement – Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience and addresses concerns proactively.
• Operational Excellence – Monitor wash quality, perform basic equipment maintenance, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Safety First – Uphold and enforce safety protocols to protect team members and customers.
• Administrative Support – Assist with paperwork, inventory, and site-related documentation.
• Drive Results – Work alongside leadership to achieve and exceed revenue, performance, and profitability goals.
• Keep It Clean – Maintain an inviting and well-kept site through regular checks and cleaning protocols.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Managerial Experience or equivalent leadership roles.
• 3+ Years of Customer Service Experience or equivalent demonstrated
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills – ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Customer-focused mindset – dedicated to delivering an amazing experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented – ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, high-energy attitude – you’re the kind of person others love being around.
• Demonstrates flexibility and collaboration, embracing teamwork and adapting seamlessly to evolving business needs.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Exempt
• 9 -hour shifts, five days a week
• Weekend availability, various shifts
• On-call on “off” days
• Be present on-site and engaged with the team (90% of time outside with team engagement)
• Support Site Manager in overseeing daily operations

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
