Assistant Site Manager-Building strong teams

We are currently accepting applications for a Residential Assistant Site Manager for a large family property in Brooklyn Center, MN.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistant Site Managers are responsible for assisting Site Managers with functions related to the direct care, appearance and working order of the site, along with administration and resident support for the property they are assigned. This includes responsibility for staff and resident management, maintaining the property to ensure the property is kept clean, comfortable and safe for the residents. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed below, the employee is expected to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with residents, customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.
