Assistant Site Manager – Sales Focused

Are you a sales-driven leader who thrives on targets, bonuses, and winning?

This is a performance-driven leadership role focused on Wash Club growth, customer conversion, and team accountability. You will be trained to run a profitable car wash location while leading from the front.

• Sales management or quota-based leadership
• Strong coaching and accountability skills
• Comfortable giving feedback and direction
• Competitive, energetic, and results-focused

REQUIREMENTS
• 21+ years old
• 1+ year management experience (sales management strongly preferred)
• Open availability including weekends
