Assistant Site Manager (Working Janitorial Supervisor)

Unica Enterprises is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to support custodial operations at the DFW Airport Rental Car Center. This is a working supervisor position for a strong leader who can manage people, maintain quality standards, and work alongside the team. This role will also serve as the backup to the Site Manager when they are off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties as part of daily operations
• Supervise and support the custodial team across all shifts
• Conduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies
• Follow up with the customer on service needs and issues
• Assist with scheduling, training, and daily oversight of staff
• Act as the Site Manager when the Site Manager is off-site or unavailable

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on custodial experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Dependable, proactive, and flexible with scheduling needs
• Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
• Must be able to pass E-Verify and Background Check

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time salaried role at $64,000 annually
• Additional hours beyond 40 per week may be required on an as-needed basis to maintain operations

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-traffic facility. We’re seeking someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can confidently manage staff and service quality with or without the Site Manager present.
