Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a curious, high-energy Assistant to join our Social Media & Content Design team. This role is the essential foundation of our creative and digital strategy work. We are looking for someone who has a clear understanding of social platforms and, most importantly, a genuine love for this work.
As an Assistant, you will work across a wide range of interests—from consumer and events to social good and tech. The Role:
Social Strategy & Trends: Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging trends, viral moments, and industry updates to help inform content strategy and brainstorming sessions.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain libraries of creative assets, including photos, videos, and graphics, ensuring easy access for the team.
Reporting & Analytics: Assist in tracking and compiling social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and provide actionable insights.
Operational Support: Help manage social media editorial calendars, project timelines, and administrative tasks for the social media team.
Community Management: Assist in monitoring social channels, flagging community engagement opportunities, and supporting timely responses to audience interactions.
Content Creation: Assist in developing, designing, and drafting engaging social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Who You Are:
Creative Portfolio: You have a portfolio or demonstrated experience in social media content creation, basic graphic design (e.g.,, Adobe Creative Suite,Canva), and copywriting.
Culturally Wired: You have a pulse on social media culture, platform-specific best practices, and a creative eye for visual storytelling.
The Multitasker: You have the ability to multitask effectively between high-level creative brainstorming and meticulous administrative tracking.
