Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll help lead a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while running daily operations smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, mentoring team members, and making sure every blend, bowl, and bottle meets our high standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and has a love for wellness, sustainability, and real food.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations


• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge


• Assist with team training, scheduling, and performance feedback


• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of smoothies, juices, and other menu items


• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment


• Monitor inventory levels and support ordering and stock rotation


• Help drive sales through customer engagement, promotions, and upselling


• Step into the Store Manager role when needed (shifts, opening/closing, etc.)
