Assistant Store Manager

For our Galary in Miami (Florida) we are looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As Assistant Store Manager, you are a key player in driving the commercial success of the store. You will support the Store Manager in achieving ambitious sales goals and optimizing operations. With a strong focus on results, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, you will help position our Miami Galary as a top destination for clients in luxury interiors.

Responsibility

The following tasks are your main responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets.

• Actively engage with clients, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience.

• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to increase conversion, sales, and client retention.

• Ensure the store always reflects brand standards in presentation and service.

• Contribute to efficient stock and inventory management to support sales.

• Step into the Store Manager role when required to ensure smooth business operations.

Our ideal candidate:

You are representative, pro active and have a high level op responsibility, besides that you are/have:

• Proven retail or sales experience, ideally within luxury, design, or premium lifestyle brands.

• Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and energize a team.

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

• Driven, proactive, and hands-on with a passion for sales.

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
