Sales & Member Experience

  • Assist in hitting monthly membership and revenue goals by selling and supporting your sales team.

  • Provide exceptional hospitality—handle questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.

  • Help create an unforgettable first-time experience and keep members excited to return.

Team Leadership

  • Train, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates to deliver a high-energy, service-first experience.

  • Provide real-time coaching and development to support staff growth and studio goals.

  • Uphold and reinforce company policies, sales processes, and brand standards.

Operations & Cleanliness

  • Maintain impeccable studio cleanliness, from sauna suites to the lobby and back-of-house.

  • Help manage inventory, supplies, and minor studio logistics (yes, you’ll do laundry too).

  • Partner with the Studio Manager on implementing procedures that keep the studio running smoothly.

Community Building

  • Represent the SweatHouz brand inside and outside the studio—engage with members, build local relationships, and support partnerships that grow awareness in the Aventura area.

You’ll Love This Role If You…

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

  • Are obsessed with wellness, self-care, and helping others feel amazing.

  • Know how to drive sales while keeping the team motivated and aligned.

  • Don’t mind doing what it takes—whether it's coaching a team or folding a towel.

Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience (wellness/fitness/hospitality is a plus)

  • 1+ year of leadership experience, preferably in a spa, studio, or health-focused business

  • Strong communication and coaching skills—able to give and receive feedback with clarity

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver

  • Experience with MindBody or other studio management software (a plus)

  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and holidays
