NOW HIRING: Assistant Studio Manager/Head Coach and Personal Trainers up to $80,000.00 OR MORE.

LOCATION: Alloy Ahwatukee Foothills at 1327 E. Chandler Blvd., Suite 104, Phoenix, AZ 85048

YOU WILL LAUNCH A BRAND NEW STUDIO: The Assistant Studio Manager/Head Coach at Alloy Personal Training Ahwatukee will be instrumental in the launch of this brand new location. This includes grassroots marketing campaigns in the community. The ideal leader for our training team will be present at local health and wellness events, they will be involved in local networking opportunities, speak with prospective members, sign new members to the studio, etc.

CAREER GROWTH: This role is designed with a clear path to Studio Management and future multi-unit leadership. Our second studio is set to launch 2-3 months after Ahwatukee Foothills, with a third location in development.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME positions are available at our studio. Ideally, we are looking for an Assistant Studio Manager/Head Coach (Full-Time) and 2 Part-Time Coaches as we prepare for our grand opening.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The ideal match may coach between 24-28 hours per week in addition to other duties. You'll be helping lead our team with workout sessions, presales, marketing and client engagement. The ultimate goal will be to open the studio with 150 members or more. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to do local grassroots campaigns and community events.

PREMIUM ANNUAL EARNING: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year.

YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY.
As an Assistant Studio Manager / Head Coach, you’ll play a critical role in launching and operating a new studio. You will lead from the front by coaching 24-28 hours per week, helping members achieve their goals through exceptional training experiences. Outside of session delivery, you’ll drive membership growth, retention, grassroots marketing, and community engagement… putting you on track to full studio leadership.
This is a hands-on position for someone ready to elevate both their coaching and leadership skills while directly impacting studio performance. You’ll be a key partner to the General Manager and a future candidate for studio or multi-unit leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver technically sound and motivational small group personal training sessions (4–6 clients) that align with the Alloy system
  • Support presales efforts to help the studio open with 100+ members and grow to 150+
  • Execute grassroots marketing campaigns and represent Alloy at community health, wellness, and networking events
  • Ensure proper documentation and member tracking, including InBody assessments and goal-setting consultations
  • Contribute to a remarkable member experience by fostering a community of support and accountability
  • Support operational excellence including studio cleanliness, safety, and adherence to programming standards
  • Other duties as assigned
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
  • We prefer that you hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
  • Experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions for 4-5 years
  • Experience in fitness related sales
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Evening and weekends hours are required
  • MindBody experience preferred
  • Tech savvy - we utilize the latest in fitness technology and programming
  • Experience working with the 40+ population and modifying movements based on limitations is a plus
