Overview:

The Assistant Stylist will support our Styling and E-Commerce team by assisting with hands-on styling as well as providing logistical and administrative support.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist with on-model photo shoots, ensuring alignment with brand styling guidelines
• Style children’s apparel on set under the guidance of senior stylists, paying close attention to fit and presentation
• Prepare outfits and accessories before shoots, including steaming, tagging, and assembling complete looks
• Support wardrobe logistics: sample check-in/check-out, organization, and post-shoot returns
• Help maintain a clean and efficient styling area, keeping styling kits, wardrobe, and accessories stocked and organized
• Assist during model castings by organizing materials and tracking submissions
• Track shoot progress, confirming all required shots are captured and logged correctly
• Collaborate with photographers and retouchers to maintain consistent visual quality across assets
• Help update and organize internal styling decks, guides, and shoot documentation
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, call sheet preparation, and wardrobe logs
• Observe fittings and on-set workflow to build understanding of brand standards and studio operations
• Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education: 

• 0–2 years of experience in styling, fashion coordination, or e-commerce photography; internships or fashion school projects welcome
• Strong interest in fashion and styling with a good eye for detail and fit
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team player who takes direction well and communicates effectively
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling clothing and accessories
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer skills; knowledge of PowerPoint, Miro, or other creative tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment
