Assistant Superintendent Daily Life

• Planning and execution of day-to-day project operations. Learning from our seasoned superintendents, you'll be based on exciting and fast-paced construction jobsites with a great combination of many different scopes of work.


• Assist the Superintendent with the execution of self-perform construction work - earthwork, concrete, mechanical and more.  As a self-performing general contractor, we complete much of our project work ourselves with our own trades professionals.  


• Manage and maintain positive relationships with other trades professionals, engineers, subcontractors and more. We work with a wide variety of individuals from all different backgrounds and perspectives and thrive in a team-focused atmosphere.


• Learn, grow, and be mentored by the industry's best and brightest. We want you to grow as much as you want to grow, and we provide the opportunity and mentorship to help make that happen.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years experience in self-perform heavy civil and/or heavy industrial construction.


• Experience working successfully on teams.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Experience or strong interest in self-perform Water Infrastructure Construction.
