What We’re Searching For

Cornerstone is adding a new Assistant Supervisor to our team in Wildwood, FL. This role supports daily field operations by coordinating labor and materials, maintaining job site quality, and working closely with crews and superintendents. We’re seeking a reliable, organized professional with a construction background who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads by example on-site.

Our ideal candidate has prior construction or drywall experience, strong time management skills, and the ability to support team execution through clear communication and field oversight.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and prioritize drywall projects to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks and address field issues proactively
• Oversee daily work of drywall crews on job sites
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure effective project coordination.
• Manage inventory levels of materials, coordinating with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Schedule material loads and labor with superintendent and intercompany.

What You Need:

• 2  years of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of Standard Building Code Requirements
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and computer applications for project management and reporting.
