Assistant Supervisor (Night Shift - Enclosure)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supports Supervisor with all of the following tasks:

• Manages the team, schedules, and deadlines.
• Provides material list for each project.
• Provides cost outs for each project.
• Ensures that work is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains documentation of each job, from start to finish.
• Resolves issues or conflicts with Plant Supervisor and/or HR.
• Approves or denies vacation, sick and unpaid leave for employees.
• Writes and present annual performance reviews.
• Provides continual feedback to employees in department regarding their work performance.
• Leads by example.

• Knowledge and understanding of process of work for Supervisor’s direct area of responsibility

Qualification/Experience Requirements

• Previous Supervisor experience or proven leadership qualities while working at ASC
• Basic mathematical skills and knowledge in use of measurement tools
• Skill in the use and care of equipment and tools

Required Education/Training

• High School or Equivalent
