• Responsible for the safety and well-being of students at all times.   
• Develops positive relationships with children and families. Maintains regular verbal and written communication with parents. 
• Participates in professional development activities designated by the Director.
• Maintains a neat, clean, well-organized, environment.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
