ECE Substitutes partners with top early education schools in the Kansas City Metro to provide high-quality preschool teachers. We are currently seeking a dedicated teacher to support a Spanish immersion program, where children learn and thrive in both Spanish and English.

Position Overview

As a teacher in our Spanish immersion program, you will provide engaging instruction, foster bilingual development, and support young learners in achieving academic and social success.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver age-appropriate lessons that integrate Spanish and English instruction.


• Support language development through reading, writing, and conversational activities.


• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.


• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth.


• Ensure compliance with state early education requirements and school policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of classroom teaching experience in early childhood education.


• Early Childhood Education, CDA, or related certification(preferred).


• Ability to deliver instruction in both Spanish and English (native or near-native fluency preferred).


• Strong classroom management and communication skills.


• Detail-oriented, growth-minded, and able to work independently.
