What You’ll Do

• Care for infants with patience and intention—feeding, diapering, and soothing throughout the entire shift
• Follow individualized schedules so every baby feels secure and supported
• Encourage early growth through simple, joyful interactions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful classroom environment
• Use KangarooTime to share updates and milestones with families
• Communicate warmly with parents and build strong, trusting relationships
• Partner with co-teachers to keep routines smooth and consistent
• Enjoy the snuggles!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience caring for infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
• A calm, nurturing nature and genuine love for babies
• Basic understanding of infant development and responsive care
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) along with continuing education annually
• Meets state qualification requirements, undergo fingerprinting and background checks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to children’s needs
• Maintain supervision of children at all times within sight and sound 
• A positive, collaborative teammate
