We’re looking for a collaborative and creative Pre-K Teacher's Assistant to join our team and create a calm, caring space where kiddos can bond, grow, and explore the world around them. What You’ll Do

• Empower students to tap into their own unique skills and support the Lead Teacher
• Follow interest led curriculum and lesson plans created by the Lead Teacher
• Encourage early growth through simple, joyful interactions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful classroom environment
• Use technology to connect with parents to share updates and milestones with families
• Communicate warmly with parents and build strong, trusting relationships
• Partner with co-teachers to keep routines smooth and consistent
• Enjoy the ride! These kiddos will give you a run for your money with curiosities, but its worth every second!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with ages 3-5 in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
• An innovative person with a knack for creativity and organization
• Basic understanding of child development and responsive care
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) along with continuing education annually
• Meets state qualification requirements, undergo fingerprinting and background checks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to children’s needs
• Maintain supervision of children at all times within sight and sound
• A positive, collaborative teammate
