Job Description - Assistant to Special Events Director

Description

This position will serve as an administrative assistant to Special Events Director ensuring their success and the success of planned events. The primary job responsibility is to address all details of events assuring we have customers instructions, orders and selections within set times needed for execution.

Requirements

  • Prepare name cards for groups and menu selections
  • Perform calendar scrub every two weeks
  • Serve as last stop for details of events
  • Serve as protocol person for Lockheed Martin events
  • Absolute attention to detail
  • Other duties as requested by the Special Events Director
