The Department of Central Management Services is seeking an ideal candidate to serve as the Assistant Division Manager of Personnel Integrity. The incumbent in this role will play a pivotal role in shaping policies, supporting high-impact personnel initiatives, and guiding staff across the state on critical areas such as Class Studies, Classifications, Compensation, and Personnel Actions. This dynamic professional position blends policy development, training, technology coordination, and confidential advisement giving the incumbent the ability to assist with directly influencing statewide personnel standards while serving as a trusted subject matter expert. In this role, you will oversee system operations, lead training for internal and external HR professionals, coordinate organizational projects, and serve as the primary liaison for leadership. If you are a seasoned HR professional with expertise in navigating personnel rules, collective bargaining agreements, modern HR systems, employee and position actions, compensation, and you have a desire to make a statewide impact and thrive in an environment where collaboration, accuracy, and integrity matter; then this role is for you!
