We are an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm specializing in Worker's Compensation in Carve Out Programs up and down California. We are the sole providers for Workers' Compensation related claims for employers such as Vons Grocery, Golden Gate Transit, San Francisco Fire & Police Departments, Los Angeles Police Department, Able Janitorial, and many more.

Located in San Francisco, CA.

Core duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- Answering high volume of calls and making calls to injured workers, lawyers, doctors, etc.

- Ability to work steadily and proficiently in a very fast paced environment that is constantly go, go go. Email counts range from 100-200 daily with strict deadlines.

- Processing legal documents and writing letters to injured workers

- Scheduling appointments, mediations, arbitrations

- Ability to multitask is key

- Self starter and ability to be self-motivated is important

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Our Services

As an ombudsperson/member advocate, we work as a liaison between injured workers, employers, health care providers, third party administrators, Unions and law firms. Our role is to facilitate communication between the parties and ensure prompt and efficient medical care, information and benefits, when needed, to injured workers.
