Job Description - Assistant Warranty Coordinator

Responsibilities:



  • Book warranty repair orders accurately and timely

  • Scan claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up

  • Service contract claim submission and follow up.

  • Reconcile schedules needed (Sublet, Warranty, Extended Warranty and Work in Process)

  • Run weekly and Monthly Reports for Department Manager as needed

  • Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors regarding warranty issues

  • Collaborate with parts and service departments to verify warranty parts and repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and documentation


Requirements:



  • Some experienced with warranty and CDK experience.

  • Knowledge of Toyota policies & procedures a plus

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to work well with others and be part of a team

  • Proficiency Microsoft Office and Excel

  • General accounting knowledge preferred
