We are a group of heathcare professionals who own a 15 beds assisted living facility located in St. Augustine, Florida.We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. We offer a home-like setting for our residents and a collaborative work culture for our staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our facility.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay $60,000 with potential growth to $75,000+ annually.

PTO and paid sick days (after probationary period).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resident care coordination.

Recruit, train, and manage staff; foster a positive work environment.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety and well-being.

Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA requirements, including manage inspections, audits, and licensing processes.

Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families. Represent the facility with external agencies and the local community.

Qualifications

2 years in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare management is preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for elder care and a commitment to high standards of service.

Florida ALF Administrator Core Training/License.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
