About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Assisted Living Kitchen Staff at Sweetwater Groves by Majestic Residences in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and caring community, providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary needs and restrictions

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Work well with staff

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Compensation: $14.70 - $16.00 per hour

Our Executive Directors

Our Executive Directors oversee the care of residents and the general operations of the home. Executive Directors may be required to be licensed or certified depending on the state in which the home is located. They are all experienced in caring for seniors in a residential setting.

Our Resident Ambassadors

While some facilities simply call them “caregivers,” to us they’re a lot more. We call them Resident Ambassadors. Our Resident Ambassadors are responsible for direct hands-on care of our residents.They have been specially trained in the Majestic Residences system of care.

Quality Care Isn’t An Option, It’s What We Do

All Majestic Residences are independently owned and operated working under a franchise licensing agreement with Majestic Residences, LLC.
