What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate and holistic care to residents in an assisted living setting
• Assess, monitor, and implement personalized care plans to ensure resident well-being
• Provide medical support while fostering trust and open communication with residents and families
• Create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected

What You’ll Need:

• Current Illinois LPN license required
• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures
• Willingness to meet minimum monthly shift requirements
• Experience with older adults preferred

Schedule:

• Full Time, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
