Assisted Living Nurse Manager (RN)

Job Description

We are excited to announce our opportunity for a Nurse Manager for Assisted Living at our Lino Lakes campus who will report to the Director of Health Services.  This non-exempt, Full-time position will be M-F from 6:30am with flexibility. 

Duties

• Partners with Director of Health Services to assure compliance including audits and regulatory guidlines
• Work closely with the staffing coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Conducting assessments per regulations
• Staff education/training
• work together with leadership to provide guidance to after hours triage
• Working closely with residents and families to corrdinate care

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must possess a current, unencumbered MN RN license.
• A minimum of two years of direct nursing experience in a long-term care, Home Health, or Assisted Living setting. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eldermark experience a plus.
• Must have supervisory experiance.
