Location: Beatitudes Campus 1610 W. Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85086 | Full-Time | Department: Sales & Marketing

Are you passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate life transitions with compassion and clarity? Join our team as an Assisted Living Residency & Transition Counselor and play a vital role in guiding residents through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to contact for prospective residents and families exploring Assisted Living.
• Coordinate assessments, documentation, and move-in logistics with health services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Support internal transitions from Independent Living and ensure a smooth adjustment.
• Partner with marketing to drive occupancy through tours, events, and outreach.
• Build relationships with referral sources like hospitals and elder law attorneys.
• Track leads and move-ins using the Aline CRM system.
• Provide emotional support and education to families during transitions.

Requirements

 ? What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, or social work preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Assisted Living regulations and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
