The Opportunity

This dynamic role blends sales, marketing, and community engagement - giving you the chance to guide prospective residents, cultivate partnerships, and showcase why our assisted living neighborhood is the most welcoming choice in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

• Build lasting relationships with prospective residents and families through calls, tours, and personalized follow-up.
• Guide families with care and clarity from the first inquiry through a smooth move-in.
• Share the lifestyle, amenities, and peace of mind of Santa Marta through engaging presentations.
• Keep our CRM organized and up to date - leveraging technology to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Partner with leadership to develop and deliver innovative sales plans that drive results.
• Collaborate with the Assisted Living Nurse Manager to align admissions and move-ins for the best resident experience.

Outreach & Community Engagement

• Strengthen referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior centers, rehabilitation providers, and faith communities.
• Represent Santa Marta with energy and professionalism at networking events, health fairs, and chamber activities.
• Plan and host on-site events, open houses, and seminars that highlight our welcoming hospitality.
• Be a visible ambassador of our joyful, family-like community in the local market.

Administrative & Reporting

• Deliver timely, accurate sales and outreach reports to leadership.
• Track occupancy, conversion, and outreach goals with precision.
• Support marketing efforts across digital, print, and social media platforms to broaden awareness.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, outreach, or marketing (senior living experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with comfort using technology and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication - warm, professional, and clear.
