Position Summary

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the production and logistics of high-volume direct mail and email campaigns. You’ll work across internal teams and with external vendors to ensure every project is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to deepen their expertise in multi-channel marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination – Manage all aspects of print production and email setup, from initial planning through final deployment.
  • Vendor Management – Oversee external print and email vendors with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
  • Quality Control – Conduct thorough reviews for accuracy, pre-press approvals, link and data checks, and proof sign-offs.
  • Timeline Management – Create and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution – Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate production challenges to maintain project quality and timelines.
  • Client Support – Provide professional, client-facing communication and reporting, including special requests such as mail scans, drop ship confirmations, and email delivery reports.
  • Collaboration – Act as a liaison between internal creative, data, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in print production, digital marketing, and/or email campaign management (direct mail experience strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the print production process, lettershop operations, mailing logistics, and postal regulations.
  • Familiarity with saturation data, carrier route selections for direct mail and digital platform experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
