As an Associate Account Manager (Signal), you will get to be part of the team that's building an omnichannel analytics platform and contributing to the future of healthcare digital insights.

A bit about Signal:

Signal is the measurement and analytics arm of PulsePoint and the HCP365 platform is an award-winning product having won the Martech Breakthrough Award and named a finalist for the PM360 Trailblazer Award. It's the only health analytics and measurement solution that provides a complete, always-on view of HCP audience engagement across all digital channels. This gives marketers and researchers unprecedented access to data insights and reporting used to inform and optimize toward smarter marketing outcomes.

What you'll be doing:
Learn the pre-to-post client lifecycle from the Account Management and Customer Success standpoint of a SAAS business model for Omnichannel analytics solution
Onboarding and implementation of our solution for a new client
Data analysis and insight generation:
Client requests to look at their website and other traffic, determining what % are physicians vs. nurses?
What are the sources of traffic driving HCPs to my website?
Which keywords have the highest % of HCP clicks?
Getting exposed to Salesforce, Account planning, Client stewardship, Relationship management, Sales cycle, Revenue projections
Learn how to solve client data questions, support sales, and become comfortable working in an analytics platform
Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
Serve as point person for all post-sale client requests and communication with client, including kick off calls, asset gathering, KPI discussions, client meetings, recommendations, troubleshooting
Partner with our Client Analyst and Product Lead to develop and provide actionable insights and informed recommendations on how to maximize the value of our solution based on client needs and KPIs
Partner with Client Solutions to ensure successful implementation and onboarding for clients, and troubleshoot where necessary.
Support client calls with AM and Sales counterparts and virtual/in-person business reviews covering product roadmap, insights, innovations and recommendations resulting in relationship and revenue growth
Coordinate billing with clients, Finance and Sales Operations teams
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Have the potential to own dedicated accounts
You must be willing and able to work hybrid (3 days a week) in our Newark, NJ office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102)
What you'll need to be successful in this role:

BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing/Economics) or similar education preferred
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a client facing Account Management, Customer Success (SaaS/Tech preferred), or Media Planning role preferred; relevant internship experience considered
Must be proficient in Excel and have experience working with data / presenting charts and graphs; PowerPoint/Google Slides skills preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn different tools quickly
