Associate Account Manager, Nutritional Products, Pharma \u2013 Remote, US\n\nLocation: Remote, US\n\nJoin dsm\u2011firmenich as an Associate Account Manager, Nutritional Products \u2013 Pharma, supporting a globally recognized leader in essential nutrients and science\u2011backed health solutions. In this role, you will manage and grow a defined portfolio of pharmaceutical customers, driving sales performance aligned with dsm\u2011firmenich Nutritional Products objectives. You will build strong customer relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure all activities reflect our standards of excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Candidates based on the East Coast are strongly preferred for proximity to key customers.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop and manage sales of dsm\u2011firmenich Nutritional Products within the Pharma industry, achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets.\n * Monitor and analyze customer and product performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed.\n * Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and pricing quotations to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.\n * Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.\n * Prospect and develop new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline through effective CRM usage, and champion innovation in the marketplace.\n * Capture and communicate key market insights\u2014including customer feedback, competitive actions, and pricing dynamics\u2014to inform strategic decisions while ensuring full compliance with dsm\u2011firmenich SHE policies.\n\n\n\nWe Bring:\n\n * A company shaping the future based on a strong legacy of breakthrough industrial innovations and technologies\n * A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset\n * Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected \u2013 regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity\n * An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future\n * Collaboration with experts in health, nutrition, and beauty to drive progress\n * Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards\n\n\n\nYou Bring:\n\n * 2\u20133 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or a technical commercial role within a B2B environment.\n * Pharma industry experience is a strong advantage, though not required.\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross\u2011functional partners and support sales generation activities.\n * A positive, goal\u2011oriented mindset with a proven drive to meet and exceed targets.\n * Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically; candidates based on the East Coast are preferred for proximity to key customers.\n * A bachelor\u2019s degree in a technical or business field.\n\n\n\n \nThe salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant\u2019s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000-$115,000.\n\nIn addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
